As Diamond Braces expands our operations, we are seeking an experienced HR Director to develop a scalable HR framework that supports our growing team. This role is crucial for enhancing our workplace culture and ensuring our teams are motivated, engaged, skilled, and well-supported in their roles.
You will partner closely with department leaders to foster an environment of superior employee support and engagement. This position will direct a dedicated team spanning Learning & Development, Recruiting, HR Operations, and Benefits. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with building processes from scratch and influencing organizational change rooted in a people-first mentality.
This role is In-Person/Hybrid based in our Englewood, NJ office and will require travel across the Tri-State area to support our office teams.
